Let me tell you about my stress relievers.
First, it makes me feel better to have a
chat with my friends having delicious food. I personally think that pouring out
my troubles to my friends rather than keeping those to myself is good for
stress relief. It is even better if tasty dishes are added.
Secondly, getting enough sleep is one of my
stress relievers. As you may know, it is not good to try to solve the problem when
your emotion rises to the climax. If you think again after sleeping, it may not
a big deal or you can realize alternative ways. Thus, this is also a good way
to release stress.
Lastly, I just express my feelings rather
than suppress. Simply the way is to weep. Since I am originally unable to hold
back my tears, I let my tears flow. Some research says that tears help remove
stress hormone called catecholamine and therefore it actually works to relieve
stress.
